HERETORY is an independent cultural magazine centered on women’s lives, across generations.
We cover culture, society and everyday life through essays, conversations, reporting and photography. Our interests range from art and history to work, money and relationships, following the connections between personal experience and the wider world.
At the heart of HERETORY is a desire to understand more: ourselves, one another and the world we share. We value accuracy, independent thought and the pleasure of good writing, with room for different perspectives and disagreement.
Every issue will include a dedicated page honoring women heroes, both celebrated and overlooked. We examine their achievements, the circumstances they faced, and the difference their work made.
